fonts-linex software package provides Fonts suitable for education and institutional use, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install fonts-linex
fonts-linex is installed in your system.
Make ensure the fonts-linex package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep fonts-linex *
You will get with fonts-linex package name, version, architecture and description in a table
